South Sound Family Services was established over twenty years ago in 2002 as one of the first supervised visitation services in the South Sound area and the only actual in-person house in Olympia where families can have a safe and comfortable visitation in a natural home environment with their children.

In 2022 we added online supervised visitations through the Zoom platform. We now schedule virtual supervised visits when travel to the visitation home is not possible. Contact us by email to find out more about our Zoom visits.

South Sound Family Services is run by a Board of Directors consisting of an Executive Director, Assistant Director and four community members all with a passion for childrens’ services:

Board President: Maria Pareigis, Attorney at Law in Olympia, Washington.

CASE SUPERVISORS

South Sound Family Services has generally 6-10 Case Supervisors to handle our supervised visitations. Ensuring a safe and comfortable visitation for all our children is at the forefront of our services. Our Case Supervisors are trained and educated professionals with most of our Case Supervisors having or are working towards their Master’s Degrees. Each Case Supervisor is trained in CPR/First Aid, has experience with children of all ages, a high level of personal integrity, passes a background check and is trained in objective documentation specifically for visitations. With a variety of backgrounds, education and interests we can provide a Case Supervisor that is right for each individual situation.
